Charles Laughlin is an international analyst, author, public speaker, event organizer, and podcaster with specialties in the local digital marketing, and small business cloud software industries. He was a former longtime senior executive at The Kelsey Group, where he authored the annual Global Yellow Pages series of reports profiling the leading directory publishers worldwide and forecasting an annual outlook for that industry. He currently serves as a senior analyst for Localogy in addition to his role with BigFive Digital.
